If you change your mind and need to speak to me about an order, please email me immediately at crystalsbycarlyshop@gmail.com.
Ideally, this will be within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If needed for an exact date, a note must be left at the checkout or contact me as soon as you realise you haven't left one.
If no note is left, the order will be sent in line with the current turnaround time shown at the top of the website.
Postal delays do unfortunately happen occasionally and are out of my control, this applies to both national and international orders.
If there is an issue with the item or you received you item and it has been damaged during transit, please send me a message within 7 days of the item being delivered.
Please note, if you reach out after the 7 days then the item cannot be replaced.
Once sent, we cannot determine or guarantee the outcome of customs/importation charges. This is at the customers risk.
We do not charge customs fees and are not responsible for any charges packages may accrue when transported internationally.

Please ensure you are inputting the correct information when checking out. This includes address, payment information and/or promo codes.
Promo codes cannot be added on once the order has been placed and we are not responsible for customer input error.
